LVAS runs members' observing nights around new moon, most months of the year (months other than those with a public observing night).

These nights are primarily for members, and many are held at private locations which are not advertised to the general public. Any nights that are held in public locations are advertised in the calendar, and vistors are welcome to attend these nights.
